Adult Member Volunteer Commitment Policy
The Lakewood Winter Club is an entirely volunteer run, non-profit organization. Without the continuing active support of skaters and their families, the Club cannot provide facilities and services for skaters to develop and achieve individual potential through a quality competitive skating program.
The purpose of this policy is to provide overall guidance and direction to member volunteers engaged in volunteer efforts. These policies are intended for internal club guidance only, and do not constitute, either implicitly or explicitly, a binding contractual or personnel agreement. The club reserved the right to change any of these policies at any time and to expect adherence to the changed policy. Changes to or exceptions from these policies may only be granted by the Board of Directors, and must be obtained in advanced and in writing. Areas not specifically covered by these policies shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
